Upcoming Beach Village Resort Construction Milestones

Boardwalk – This feature with quick and easy access to the HSB Backcountry Trails is scheduled to be completed the 2nd week of April

Entrance – Please be aware that the entry will be closed to construction traffic May 15 for landscaping and gate completion.

Pool Bathhouse – Construction is scheduled to start April 1st

Pool Deck Installation – Pavers for pool deck and island starting April 1st

Landscaping – will start 2nd week in April and will surely enhance our resort with a natural, low country feel
